Refund policy

At Everyherb, we maintain strict quality control standards to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition.

Due to the hygienic nature of our haircare products, we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances once the order has been delivered.

Replacement Policy (Damaged or Incorrect Item Only)

We only offer replacement in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong product

To request a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • No refund requests will be entertained.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for replacement.

  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Everyherb reserves the right to reject replacement requests if the claim is found invalid.
